The Johnson Agency is searching for an Account Manager who is ready to take ownership of growth—selling insurance solutions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to a winning agency culture.
Licensing: Property & Casualty + Life & Health required (or willingness to obtain with paid licensing support and full training).
What You’ll Do

Drive New Business
Generate leads, prospect, and confidently present coverage options that align with client needs.

Support & Retain Customers
Manage renewals, policy changes, billing questions, and general service inquiries.

Consult & Recommend
Conduct personalized reviews that identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities.

Develop Relationships
Foster trust and loyalty to encourage long-term clients and referrals.

Work closely with leadership to meet individual and agency performance goals.

- Background in sales or account management (insurance experience a plus)
