This role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses—or the commitment to obtain them with full support from our agency.
What You’ll Do

Drive New Business – Proactively reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and confidently recommend insurance solutions.

Support Existing Clients – Deliver timely assistance with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and account reviews.

Elevate the Customer Experience – Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service that builds long-term loyalty.

Maintain Organized Workflows – Document interactions accurately and manage follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

Contribute to Agency Goals – Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and help the team win.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales drive and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Prior insurance, sales, or service experience preferred
- Required state insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency-paid support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
